Yunnan Dian Hong
Dian Hong translates to Yunnan Red, meaning the tea is grown in the Yunnan province in China (in China, 'red tea' is what Westerners call 'black tea'). First exported from China in 1939, this tea is grown in the region of the birthplace of tea itself. Our Yunnan black tea is a very smooth and pleasant black tea and contains a mixture of both the leaf and buds of the tea pick.
A rich bodied black with a complex flavour profile. Overall chocolate and spice notes. You can also expect notes of honey with earth and a slight woodiness.
