Our Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha is harvested in the organic fields of Aichi mountains in Japan, this high quality certified organic matcha has restorative powers with a smooth and herbaceous finish.
Matcha is a ground green tea powder, made with leaves that have been under shade for over 20 days before harvest. The shade slows the growth of the plant and in turn causes a higher amount of amino acids.
Matcha Love Organic originates from Kagoshima and Aichi of Japan and is JAS (Japan Agricultural Standard) certified organic, which has a certifying compatibility with ACO (Australian Organic Certification) body.

Brewing Instructions
For best results, begin with freshly drawn cold water, bring to a boil, then cool to 80C
Pre-warm the chawan (matcha bowl) and chasen (bamboo whisk)by rinsing with hot water. Discard water and dry thoroughly.
Meausre two rounded chashaku (bambo scoops) approximately 1 tsp, of pre-sifted matcha and add it to the bowl.
Gently pur 4oz (120ml) of the 80C water into the bowl. Whisk vigorously in a back and forth motion for around 30sec until a dense foam covers the top.
Drink and enjoy!
