A very famous and popular oolong tea, created using the Tie Guan Yin cultivar.
Our Osmanthus Oolong is a ligher oxidised oolong (closer to a green tea) with delicious juicy notes of apricot and honeysuckle.
The tea leaves are carefully rolled into small pearls and then dried with an abundance of fresh osmanthus flowers imparting a deep and beautiful sweet apricot fragrance into the tea pearls.
Once the pearls have been infused in water, the tea leaves will begin to unfurl and release their sweet floral taste for a light and beautiful cup of tea.
Best paired with chicken, fish or pork, fruits, soft and fruit cheese, cream.
Delicious cold brewed and served iced.
