Persia Rose Cardamom
Persia Rose Cardamom
Could you imagine a country that has a tea culture akin to Australia's coffee culture?
Visit Iran and you are likely to be served tea in coffee houses and in the homes of locals, where it is served at breakfast, after lunch and dinner, and just about any time of day desired!
Boasting refreshing notes of bergamot and smooth menthol, with a touch of rose petals, this beautiful aromatic tea is light on the palate.
For a traditional touch, serve in a glass (without milk) add a couple of chopped dates (or a sugar cube for the sweet tooth) to turn this tea into a traditional tea-time of the Persian's. Or enjoy this tea with milk in your favourite cup and saucer - and don't forget the tea cakes!
Preparation:
Use 2 teaspoons of Persia Rose Cardamom tea
Steep for 3-4 minutes at 100*C
Ingredients: Black tea, Bergamot oil, green cardamom pods, rose petals and blue cornflower blossom.
