Our Masala Chai blend consists of a bold broken Indian Assam tea, hand blended with organic spices: peppercorn, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. A true traditional chai!
Try simmering on the stove with your choice of milk, with the addition of jaggery, honey or brown sugar for some added sweetness!

Preparation Method (water steeping)
Leaf; 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons
Temp; 100 *C
Time; 3-4 minutes
Add milk and choice of sweetener to taste
Stove top Method (milk steeping)
Leaf; 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons per cup of milk
Milk; 1 cup per person
Time; Bring the milk and tea blend to a simmer over a low flame. Simmer the tea and spice blend in the milk on low heat for 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength. Take off the heat, add sweetener and stir to dissolve. Strain into small cups and enjoy with pakora or Nankha Tai cookies!
